Return, Refund & Cancellation Policies

All sales are final. We do not accept returns on fireworks, exploding targets, or gift cards.

Defective items may be replaced, refunded, or credited — but only if the customer follows all delivery instructions outlined in our Terms of Service. Jeff’s Fireworks offers dud replacement for defective products.

Note: This does not cover fireworks that were improperly lit or tipped over due to incorrect setup.

Orders should be carefully inspected at the time of delivery. We reserve the right to substitute items with similar products of equal or greater value if the original item is out of stock. Do not return any products to the manufacturer.

All exchanges must be made in-store only.
